On Friday, January 5, 2024, the Spunt and Carin team kicked off the 2024 year with a Spunt & Carin Gives Back jean day to raise money and raise awareness for the Montreal SPCA. Me Mignacca chose this organization. During her presentation, she highlighted her love for animals and their adoption because of her love for her adopted dog, Charlie, who was from the SPCA.
Her presentation included photos of Charlie, shared different moments that her canine friend had been present in her life: her swearing-in as a lawyer, road trips, or simple moments from day to day.
Ashley encouraged donations to the SPCA, saying, “It’s very heartbreaking to see the animals in the cages, especially the dogs.” In addition you can also give back by donating any blankets, pillows, tennis balls, or any materials that may make the animals’ stay more comfortable to your local SPCA.
