On Friday, May 17, 2024, the Spunt and Carin team donated to the Préma Quebec foundation, a charity chosen by our fantastic bar student, Rome.
In her presentation, Rome shared that she and her sister were both premature at birth and it was with the funding to the Préma Quebec foundation that were able to keep her sister and herself alive while her mother was also being well taken care of during their time in recovery.
The donations really help families reduce the costs of medical supplies such as information kits for families, breast pump rentals, and housing for paternal and child recovery. A cause that is close to her heart, Rome chose this charity to support families who are in similar situations to ensure the care of the parents and their children without any added stress during their recovery.
