Sascha Elfassy joined Spunt & Carin in 2022.
Me Elfassy completed her Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.) at Université de Montréal. She developed an interest in family law while studying at the Université Panthéon-Assas in Paris where she obtained a Certificate of French and European Law. Prior to studying law, Me Elfassy obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from McGill University in Psychology and Political Science. Her degree in Psychology is very useful in working with our clients and understanding their hardship.
After graduating from law school, Me Elfassy completed her articling at a reputable family law firm in Montreal. Upon being called to the Quebec Bar in 2017, she continued to practice there as a lawyer for several years and gained experience in complex family, matrimonial and estate law cases.
Me Elfassy has appeared before the Superior Court and the Court of Quebec and has prepared files for the Court of Appeal as well.
Me Elfassy is known for her dedication to encouraging her clients to come to amicable agreements when possible as well as setting them up for long-term success as they enter a new chapter in their lives.
Me Elfassy is bilingual in both English and French.
