David Chun

David Chun is an attorney who practices primarily in the fields of Estate Law as well as Family Law. David has substantial litigation experience in mandates with complex legal issues, some of which deal with questions of private international law, and he has represented clients before the Court of Quebec (Civil and Youth Divisions), the Superior Court (Civil and Family Division), and the Court of Appeal. He is also a lecturer at the Université de Montréal faculty of law.
