Carla Gharzouzi

Carla Gharzouzi joined Spunt & Carin as an Associate in 2022. She completed her articling at a Montreal boutique law firm that specialises in both Family and Estate Law. After her call to the Bar, Carla decided to follow her passion for family law and dedicate her career to helping families and preparing them for the next chapter in their lives.

Carla obtained her Law Degree at Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth in Lebanon. She also holds a Masters Degree in Droit International Privé et Commerce International from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. After a couple of years of practice in Lebanon, her ambitious personality lead her to move to Québec, where she completed the Programme D’actualisation de Formation en Droit at Université de Montréal.

During her studies, Carla worked at the legal clinic at her university. She also volunteered by tutoring children in order for them to successfully pass their program. Carla also participated in a renowned MOOT international arbitration competition and obtained personal recognition for her excellent pleading skills. 

Carla is compassionate and empathetic, yet she is a fearless opponent in courts if and when litigation is necessary. She cares deeply for her clients and their needs and seeks to comfort and support them throughout the entire legal process. She is also very athletic, which developed in her a sense of perseverance, commitment, and dedication.
