Amelia Modica

During her time at the University of Ottawa, Amelia was an active member of the Canadian Student Association for Children’s Rights, where she developed a strong passion for advocating for children’s legal protections—a focus that continues to guide her practice today. As the eldest of four siblings, she has firsthand experience navigating complex family dynamics, which gives her a unique and empathetic understanding of the sensitive nature of family law.
