For the month of February, we were proud to support the Hellenic Ladies Benevolent Society of Montreal (HLBS)—a cause especially meaningful to Me Koziris.
Founded with a mission to support women and children, amongst those in need, in Montreal’s Greek community, the HLBS has long been a cornerstone of compassion and cultural preservation. More than just a charitable organization, the HLBS plays a vital role in sustaining Greek heritage, traditions, and values across generations in Canada.
Me Koziris’ connection to the HLBS runs deep. As a lifelong member, he has actively participated in countless events since childhood, particularly around Greek Orthodox Easter. These celebrations, organized by the HLBS, offer children the opportunity to engage with and learn about the rich customs of the holiday—ensuring that cultural knowledge is passed on with pride and purpose.
